The area of forests managed by Lipinki Forest District Inspectorate amounts to 23 223 ha. Most forest habitats are coniferous forests with Pine as the most common species. Average age of forest resources is 55 years and average yield exceeds 226 cubic metres per 1 ha.

  • Mixed forests: 32.2%

  • Alder forests: 0.40%

  • Riparian forests: 0.47%

  • 1st age class and unforested – tree stands up to 20 years old

  • 2nd age class – tree stands from 21 to 40 years old

  • 3rd age class – tree stands from 41 to 60 years old

  • 4th age class – tree stands over 60 years old
